Is it just me, or is anyone else uncomfortable with the rejoicing in the streets and celebrating the death of Osama Bin Laden?
I am having a hard time telling who is who?

"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that."

I totally agree.
At first I laughed and even retweeted some of the funny things I was seeing.
As time has past I've been feeling guilty about it. The whole thing has been handled quite poorly.
Yeah. I agree. I really can't celebrate the death of another human being. Thanks for the Martin Luther King jr quote. I might borrow that.
Hey thanks for the discussion. I am truthfully quite nervous for the back lash that could occur. And, of course, I don't like to see us looking more and more like the "enemy" we see to so oppose.
Thank you for engaging this topic. Much appreciated.
Thanks for the posting the "one of these things just doesn't belong here" set of pictures. Making an important point.
