My jaw dropped when I first viewed this video, as I th0ught that this mastermind had hacked the screens in Times Square. As I read the comments I realized I was not the only person that thought this video was genuine.
After frantic searching on the internet I found that the video was a fake, and that it really was an ad for the movie "Limitless". This new form of transmedia is fascinating to me and is so inventive and rich with opportunities for story telling.
A few searches on Twitter and I found this book, which seems to cover this topic: "The Art of Immersion: How the Digital Generation Is Remaking Hollywood, Madison Avenue, and the Way We Tell Stories". I am adding this to my vacation reading list for sure.
