The Living Room

starting a business is exhausting.

i don't know how people do it.

starting a business with some of my fabulous friends has been rewarding and challenging all tied up into one. but so far the rewarding part outweighs the challenge.

reviewing business plans, grants, real estate, websites...you name it...has been all that is on my mind lately. and my mind is very full.

i have been hesitant to share the dream/business with many people. i don't know if it is fear or wisdom, but details have been scarce.

though what i can say is that we are endeavoring to fill the much needed gap for artists, musicians, coffee lovers, party lovers and third space seekers here in the waterloo area.

some co-conspirators and i have seen a creative need and are looking to fill it, for those in the church and for those outside.

all and all these days are very exciting and as The Living Room comes together i am hoping for more exciting days to come.
