sunday, sunday, sunday
i like sundays.
i get to go to the community of believers that i worship with, and do life with and we get to hang and celebrate Jesus.
i usually get to catch up with some of my greatest friends, and get to meet so many new people,
most times i go out for lunch with family and friends and i like that we all go out together, old and young, friend and family member and we talk about what we just learned in church. we laugh about the good stuff and struggle through the hard stuff.
i like that sundays are really relational and drama free for me. it is peaceful and honest. it is pure. i have never really had sundays like that before. sundays are now refreshing instead of stressful.
i like that people all over the world are getting together and doing the same thing. i like that i have this like huge extended family all over the place, celebrating the same Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
sundays are really cool days for me. i hope the same for you.
MCC Gift Giving

Second on the list of interesting Christmas gifts for this year: MCC gift giving guide
Mennonite Central Committee has a great idea for gifts this Christmas. Give a gift to someone who really needs something. You can give a gift to places who most need help, you can meet some basic needs, (like food, shelter, water) you can help find some solutions to poverty, or build some understanding.
There are so many different ways to get involved - and it is so easy. So little goes so far in another country. Do it! If not us, than who?
